About the job
"We feel as if we could uproot trees. Well, small trees.
Maybe bamboo. Or flowers. Alright, grass. Grass will do..." and to keep it that way for a long time, we need your active support as a
flexible and empathetic on-call caregiver (care assistant, FaGe, qualified nurse)
We are lovingly cared for here by a wonderful team of carers. Sometimes they go on holiday or are ill, and then we are glad if we still lack nothing. That is why the Amalie Widmer Foundation has a pool of support artists*. To keep this pool well stocked, we are looking for future on-call employees for the care areas who, at irregular intervals and variable workloads, in consultation with the responsible department heads, would like to pamper us residents. Do you have the appropriate training or experience and still have capacity? Then we should get to know each other.
It is said that working with us in Horgen is great and fun, not only thanks to the beautiful lake view. Satisfied employees are important to the foundation, as this also reflects in the work with our residents. Here you are allowed to sing during work - preferably with us residents - because that makes many things better. You get chocolate cake on your birthday, your car parks free with us, or you use our own bus stop. In addition, you can participate in numerous internal training courses.
Nice colleagues? Of course! But find out for yourself.
Now we have surely whetted your appetite. Send us your application directly via the application button below or send your PDF dossier to bewerbung@sawh.ch and convince not only our residents of your likeable personality. For further information about this interesting vacancy, please contact our Deputy CNO, Melanie Fischli, at 043 336 44 59.
Please only send direct applications; recruitment agencies will not be considered.
We look forward to hearing from you!
We live a "you" culture among employees. And that already starts in the recruitment process.
