To complete our physiotherapy and occupational therapy service team at the EOC Rehabilitation Clinic (CREOC), Faido site, we are looking for a
Hourly Transport Assistant (0%)
Profile:
The collaborator operates within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation context and ensures the safe and efficient transport of patients between different wards, diagnostic services, and care areas of the clinic. They carry out activities in compliance with internal procedures, ensuring punctuality, precision, and attention to the assisted person. They are able to independently manage variable workloads, maintaining close collaboration with physiotherapy/occupational therapy, nursing, medical, administrative, and other involved services. They demonstrate good interpersonal skills, a sense of responsibility, and a respectful and discreet approach towards patients, relatives, and colleagues. A flexible, reliable person oriented towards service quality.
Necessary requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
• Knowledge of main IT tools (email, internal systems)
• Teamwork attitude and coordination with multiple services
Remarks: For internal applications, profiles from services where particular flexibility in shift work is not already required will be preferred, in order to ensure a balanced organisation of resources.
