Head Waiter (m/f/d) for our Event Service

• Planning, preparation, and execution of banquet events and daily business as well as coordination and guidance of employees or the service team.
• Assuming the role of host: if necessary, coordination with the organizer, welcoming and possibly seating guests, advising and active selling, farewells.
• Monitoring and ensuring quality standards among assigned employees.
• Receiving, handling, and forwarding complaints to the first head waiter.
• Monitoring station planning, ensuring correct billing, maintaining the cash book and depositing cash, controlling inventory.
• Conducting employee training sessions.

• Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in upscale hospitality or gastronomy in a comparable position.
• Confidence in using common software programs such as MS Office.
• Friendly, professional, and open demeanor.
• Very good German and English skills, additional foreign language is an advantage.
