Introduction

For our client, a well-established and renowned fiduciary company, we are seeking a person experienced in the Swiss SME fiduciary sector who can competently and comprehensively manage mandates from a wide range of industries. These come from the classic SME environment with clients across the board (restaurants, trades, retail, commerce and services). Handling mandates from A to Z. This position is absolutely also suitable for someone with other qualifications such as certified fiduciary expert, business economist HF or FH, professional certificate in finance and accounting. Fiduciary experience is essential. The company is part of an international network.

Type of Work

Your main tasks:
Independent mandate management and mandate leadership in the following areas:

• Managing client accounting mandates for national as well as some international companies
• Preparing interim and annual financial statements
• Managing payroll accounting including payroll and personnel administration
• Payroll mandates, contacts with social insurances and social insurance settlements
• Preparing tax returns for natural and legal persons,
• VAT returns
• Final accounts and tax consulting
• Supporting start-ups and setting up client accounting
• Outsourcing mandates
• Simple consolidations

Requirements Profile

Your profile:

• You have a commercial basic education, completed further training and several years of fiduciary practice
• You hold a professional certificate in fiduciary or are a certified fiduciary expert, possibly a professional certificate in finance and accounting or a diploma in business administration further education.
• Your mother tongue is German and you have good English skills
• Knowledge of Abacus and Dr. Tax, possibly Profix, is desirable
• You are IT-savvy and highly appreciate a company that is digitally oriented.
• You are a dynamic, cheerful and open personality
• Your age: 25-45 years young
