- Basic training in the field of building technology.
- Further training at HF, FH level or a comparable qualification.
- You bring planning expertise and strategic understanding.
- Several years of experience in project management or leadership in the construction industry.
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong cost and quality awareness.
- Negotiation skills, communication strength and high customer orientation.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
