Are you interested in social insurances and enjoy personal and telephone customer contact? In the area of supplementary benefits (EL), we are looking for a committed, independent, and communicative personality for the Mutations team. The main task is the independent, efficient, and reliable processing of mutation notifications and periodic reviews as well as the creation of recovery and offsetting orders. The start date is negotiable.
Your tasks
- You check mutation notifications of insured persons such as family relationships, living situations, insurance benefits, economic changes, etc.
- You take care of demanding topics such as recoveries, waiver requests, objections, and offsets.
- You regularly review the supplementary benefits of the insured persons.
- You advise the insured persons by phone, in writing, and personally.
Your skills
- You have a commercial basic education, ideally with further training in the social insurance sector.
- You bring several years of professional experience with a health or social insurance.
- You are a assertive, communicative, and empathetic personality and show understanding for elderly and disabled people.
- You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and maintain a respectful approach.
- You think in networks, work precisely, have a quick grasp, and a flair for numbers.
- You have good manners, a high quality awareness, are open to new things, and quickly find your way around IT systems.
