These activities will inspire you:
- Ensuring optimal care and support tailored to the clients
- Ensuring the flow of information (interdisciplinary collaboration)
- Responsibility for the nursing process
- Assisting in the coordination and holistic care and support in palliative situations
- Daily responsibility
- Assisting with RAI assessments
This is what sets you apart:
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/AKP/DNI/DNII/FaLB
- Possession of a category B driving licence
- Good IT skills, we work digitally
- Willingness to implement our 4 values (trust, honesty, creativity, sense of responsibility)
- Palliative Care training at least A1 or willingness to complete it
- Experience with RAI LTCF is an advantage
