In this very demanding and varied role, you are responsible for the professional, organisational, and personnel management of the winding shop/stator production, including cost centre and budget responsibility.

Team Leader Winding Shop/Stator Production (m/f)

Your tasks

• Ensuring process reliability as well as responsibility for production planning and detailed scheduling
• Ensuring timely processing of orders
• Ensuring employee qualification and compliance with quality requirements
• Ensuring occupational safety
• Maintenance of operating equipment and planning of replacement acquisitions
• Updating work plans and work instructions
• Further development of the continuous improvement process (CIP and 5S)
• Close cooperation with process engineering on automation projects

Your qualifications

• Completed technical basic training as an electrical machine builder or automation technician, ideally specialising in electrical winding/drive technology
• Further training as a technician HF electrical engineering or equivalent
• Several years of industrial experience in electrical machine construction or drive technology
• Experience in production planning
• Leadership experience
• Good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge (modules MM/PP) advantageous
• Precise working method, loyal personality, and strong team player with leadership skills
• Time flexibility and willingness for special assignments
