For our client, an established Swiss company with over 400 employees and several branches, we are looking for a committed and analytically strong individual as a Controller (m/f/d). In this position, you will take on a central role in the financial management of the company, support the departments as a Business Partner, and actively contribute to the optimisation of processes and decision-making foundations.

- Design, monitoring, and optimisation of budget, forecast, and planning processes to manage financial performance
- Active participation in monthly and annual financial statements
- Preparation, consolidation, and interpretation of reports and key figures in close coordination with the controlling team to derive relevant management decisions
- Support of projects from a financial and business management perspective as well as optimisation and maintenance of the ERP system (SAP) for a smooth data basis
- Several years of experience in controlling
- Solid language skills in German (spoken/written), English, and French are desirable
- Sales-oriented mindset and a communicative, resilient personality
- Knowledge of SAP systems is an advantage and solid MS Office skills (especially Excel)

- Completed business administration education (university/FH) with a focus on controlling or accounting- Several years of experience in controlling

- Knowledge of SAP systems is an advantage and solid MS Office skills (especially Excel)
