For our client, a nice SME owning several companies in the digital field and located in Morges, we are looking for an Accounting Manager for a permanent contract between 60/80%. Ideally starting at the beginning of autumn.

Accounting Manager

Reporting to the group CFO, your tasks will be to manage the entire accounting of the group companies as well as produce the payroll. Analytical skills will also need to be applied.

More specifically:
* Full accounting cycle up to closing for one or more entities spread across 2 different cantons
* Preparation of financial statements, being the point of contact with auditors
* Supporting a person in administration and control of AP, AR
* Bank reconciliations
* VAT calculation
* Payroll management process from A to Z, social charges calculations
* HR part: management of arrivals/departures ...
* Support on cleaning and structuring the accounting
* Participation in improving IT tools

We are looking for someone with:
- 5 years of accounting experience - multi-entity with some HR and payroll management
- Experience in a project-mode company and/or experience in a fiduciary are strong assets
- Salary: 85/95K CHF on 100% - on-site position in Morges between 60/80% with some travel expected to group companies

It is important to be able to evolve in a modern SME environment and to be able to work independently on tasks while fitting into a global ecosystem.

Our ideal candidate will be flexible on the rate while not wishing to work 100%.
