Reception Team Leader (m/f/d) 60 - 70%

• Management of the reception at the Winterthur location (regional headquarters of fenaco Eastern Switzerland) 
• Leadership of the reception team (one employee and temporary staff) as well as planning and coordination of assignments
• Project and administrative support for regional management and the "Areas and Technology" department (e.g., project coordination, events, mailings, presentations, etc.)
• Operating our telephone switchboard and providing internal and external mail  
• Reception of customers, suppliers, and visitors
• Presence during opening hours (07:15 – 12:00 / 13:15 – 17:15)
• Vacation cover for the employee (Mon-Fri)

• Vocational training or further education in the commercial field (MS Office)
• Experience and enjoyment in reception and customer contact
• Friendly, professional, and representative appearance
• Conscientious, efficient, and independent working style
• Confident German language skills, spoken and written 
• Oral French skills are an advantage
