What you bring
- At least a Bachelor’s degree (FH/University) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position (FMCG sector)
- Experience with relevant communication channels (events, PR, media, online)
- Analytical skills and experience working with data for performance management
- Assertiveness, teamwork skills, and strategic thinking
- Fluent German and English, good knowledge of French is an advantage
- Experience in managing agencies and personnel as well as collaborating with various internal functions such as sales and marketing
Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the Jägermeister brand in Switzerland
- Development and implementation of the brand plan in close cooperation with the international brand owner (requires flexible willingness to travel)
- Planning, management, and success control of all marketing, promotion, and activation measures across all channels
- Analysis of market, consumer, and performance data as well as deriving recommendations for action and their implementation
- Leadership and development of the promotion team and brand activation managers
- Financial and success control in the areas of sales and marketing
