You manage the accounting of our franchise businesses, are responsible for the claims management of our vehicle fleet, and act as the contact person for businesses throughout Switzerland. All this at a growing Swiss gastronomy company with 58 locations.

Your tasks

• You independently manage the accounting of several franchise businesses. This includes creditors, debtors, banks, post, cash and cash books.
• You bear the main responsibility for the claims management of our vehicle fleet and coordinate with internal and external parties.
• You reconcile balance sheet accounts, prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, create simple statements yourself and support the general ledger accounting, including deputy VAT and tax returns.
• You support the franchise businesses in financial matters, review their figures and introduce new businesses to our financial processes.
• You assist with the procurement and commissioning of our leasing fleet and review and manage the leasing contracts.

Your profile

• You have a commercial basic education and further training as a clerk in accounting or fiduciary services or equivalent practical knowledge.
• You bring practical experience in financial accounting. Experience in claims or fleet management is a plus but not a requirement.
• You work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel. Ideally, you know INFONIQA One 50, otherwise we will train you.
• You speak very good German and French (C1-C2), as you are also responsible for our businesses in Western Switzerland. Italian is a plus.
• You work independently and precisely and keep an overview even when dealing with many parties simultaneously.
