Are you an organisational talent with a passion for efficient processes? In this position, you can apply your administrative skills and actively contribute to the implementation of assortment and marketing strategies. You support the Category Field Manager in developing contemporary assortments in line with the strategy: "The best assortment, simple, at the best price".

What you will achieve

• Monitoring and maintenance of master data (articles and suppliers) as well as ensuring high data quality
• Preparation of price comparisons, calculations, as well as requests and contract renewals to ensure a sound basis for decision-making and efficient collaboration with suppliers
• Obtaining standard offers, preparing recurring assortment analyses, as well as system entry and control of promotions and activities
• Ensuring business correspondence and efficient cooperation with suppliers, cooperatives, category management, interfaces, etc.
• Independent handling of enquiries and complaints from the M-Infoline and Storehelp, as well as active support in quality planning and assurance

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Field: Commercial training or equivalent specialised education
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in the same or a similar role
• Advanced user knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP
• Independent and communicative working style with an eye for detail
• Experience ideally focused on assortment management, master data maintenance, or commercial administration
• Open, friendly and reliable personality
• German (B2)
• English (C1)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
