For our Work Division we are looking for a skilled, committed and strong leadership personality as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement

Head of Department: Industry and Garden, 90% workload

In this versatile management role you will lead two teams (Assemblies and Packaging, Gardening and Maintenance) and additionally directly manage the Textile and Leather group. Your area of responsibility includes 16 specialists and around 50 employees with support needs. You will accompany them both professionally and socially and further develop them. In doing so, you combine technical know-how, leadership skills, entrepreneurial thinking and educational understanding.

Your tasks

• You lead and develop your 3 teams professionally and personally and support employees in their professional development.
• You acquire orders, maintain customer contact and further develop offers.
• You are responsible for operational processes and resources.
• Together with your teams, you implement the department's goals and actively shape the further development of the division.
• You represent the department internally and externally.

Your profile

• Technical or craft background with tertiary-level further education, professional and leadership experience.
• Enjoyment in leading, promoting and developing teams and employees as well as shaping change.
• Educational competence and experience in supporting people with support needs.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, organisational talent.
• Good MS Office skills and a category B driving licence.
