Head of Handicraft Centre (80-100%)

What you will achieve

• Leadership of the shop team and logistics including personnel planning
• Personal advice to customers from construction, industry and crafts
• Ensuring optimal customer satisfaction
• Organisation of exhibitions and design of the shop floor
• Responsible for the vocational training of apprentices in retail
• Tasks in the area of controlling at the location

What you bring

• Training in retail (specialising in hardware, do-it-yourself) or basic craft training with sales experience
• Trainer course advantageous
• Commercial flair or further training
• Leadership experience advantageous
• Convincing sales talent
