About the job
Communications Specialist (80%)
Do you want to contribute? We give you room to manoeuvre. Do you think ahead? We support you in doing so. Together we shape the future for our clients! Interested? We look forward to hearing from you!
The IV office is undergoing change and is focusing on a modern corporate and leadership culture. We want to align our actions more closely with the needs of our clients and advance digitalisation. To do this, we are reorganising, need reinforcement, and look forward to you joining us!
What you can achieve with us
- You advance communication projects for internal and external target groups from the initial idea to successful implementation.
- With creative and target group-appropriate content, you ensure that our messages get across – online, internally and externally.
- With your instinct for digital communication, you continuously develop our employee portal and our website, strengthen the user experience, and keep the content up to date.
- You plan and design newsletters as well as other internal publications and act as a competent contact person for communication questions for the specialist departments.
- Together with the team, you further develop our (digital) communication and implement new storytelling formats.
- You pitch in at events – from planning to execution – and respond to internal and external enquiries professionally and service-oriented.
Which skills are important to us
- A completed degree in communication, media, journalism, a related field, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in corporate or organisational communication as well as in managing and developing web presences.
- Writing is one of your strengths, and you have a knack for preparing complex content in an understandable and engaging way.
- Conceptual thinking, initiative, and a structured way of working characterise you.
- You enjoy working independently but also value exchange and collaboration within the team.
- You are enthusiastic about new developments in communication and actively contribute your own ideas.
- As we are a bilingual company, you have (very) good knowledge of French.
