As the market leader in the Swiss shoe market, Dosenbach offers fashionable and high-quality shoes at attractive prices in around 200 stores, thanks to the commitment of around 2,000 employees.To support our CRM team, we are looking for a committed working student for 12 months with a focus on our loyalty programme Dosenbach Plus (D+).
You will actively participate in the coordination, implementation and analysis of CRM campaigns and contribute to addressing our customers with relevant and personalised content, inspiring long-term loyalty to Dosenbach. Responsibilities:
- You support the CRM manager in day-to-day business, take on administrative and operational tasks and contribute to cross-departmental projects around D+
- You accompany new D+ processes from the testing phase to successful rollout in stores and the online shop
- You implement email automation campaigns according to defined specifications, evaluate relevant key figures and make adjustments for ongoing optimisation
- You work closely with the departments of marketing, e-commerce, sales and other interfaces
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, have already completed it or have a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have some professional experience in the retail environment and are interested in customer-oriented marketing measures, personalised customer communication and building long-term customer relationships
- You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- You think analytically and interconnectedly and work in a structured, independent and precise manner
- You enjoy working in a team, are proactive, learn quickly and communicate openly and clearly
