The VHS Solothurn operates its KULTURBISTRO directly at Solothurn station. The bistro is publicly accessible to all who wish to enjoy a cosy drink, have a lunch menu or other small meals. It can be hired for private events with catering. Additionally, the KulturBistro offers performances by various artists, readings, courses, dance events, lectures and much more.

Your area of responsibility

- Friendly and competent guest advice. Taking orders, serving drinks and food professionally

- Creating invoices and carrying out billing professionally

- Preparing work for smooth service

- Taking over cleaning tasks and ensuring hygiene regulations

- Assisting with the implementation of evening events and private events

What you bring:

- Experience and a qualification in gastronomy

- Host/hostess with heart and joy in dealing with people

- Team spirit, service-oriented working style with willingness for flexible working hours

- Good knowledge of German
