Disch AG at the Othmarsingen (AG) site is a leading contract manufacturer of pharmaceutical lozenges and high-quality dietary supplements. Around 50 employees work together in a diverse production environment. As a manageable SME, we combine short decision-making paths and personal exchange with the requirements of a professional, regulated production operation. Our daily work is characterised by proximity to production, different professional groups, and pragmatic collaboration across all areas.

We are looking for immediately or by arrangement

Production Operator / GMP Machine Operator (m/f/d) 100%

Your tasks

• Manufacture of hard and soft sugar products in a GMP environment including packaging
• Quality assurance (IPC control, reporting deviations, etc.)
• Troubleshooting minor machine faults
• Workplace preparation (including machine preparation)
• Cleaning of machines and rooms in production
• Perform bookings and corrections in SAP
• Record and trigger material orders in the warehouse
• Documentation of production processes according to applicable regulations
• Participation in the optimisation of production processes

Your profile

• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Completed vocational training or several years of professional experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry
• Technical understanding and interest in production equipment
• High quality and hygiene awareness
• Physical resilience (regular standing and lifting loads up to 25 kg)
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of teamwork
• Flexibility and commitment
