Your main tasks:

• Ensuring the maintenance of building technical systems and installations
• Independent, timely maintenance, inspection, and repair work
• Ensuring advice and contact with owners, users, and operators
• Identifying weaknesses and hazards to operational safety
• Acceptance and handover of new installations on behalf of our customers
• Compilation of costs for offers, repairs, operational adjustments
• Handling administrative tasks such as system history, maintenance protocols, work reports, system assessments, defect lists, time tracking, etc.

Your profile:

• Completed basic training in refrigeration, ventilation, air conditioning, building or electrical engineering, maintenance specialists in building services or machinery and equipment
• Several years of professional experience in building or facility technology in the field of refrigeration and heat pump technology, ventilation-air conditioning
• Experience in maintenance and service activities (on-call duty)
• Possession of connection approval NIV Art. 15 would be an advantage
• You have a strong understanding of complex trades and systems in building technology.
