Sulser Logistics Solutions AG, a subsidiary of the Sulser Group based in Brunegg, operates nationally and internationally in the fields of warehousing and transport logistics as well as with innovative logistics services. As a provider of customised solutions along the entire value chain of its customers, the company is firmly established in the national and international market.
To professionally lead our logistics team in Brunegg AG and Mettmenstetten ZH, we are looking for a strong leadership personality to start immediately or by arrangement as:
Head of Processes & Logistics 100% (m/f/d)
Your challenge:
- Disciplinary leadership, organisation and further development of the operational business at both locations
- Management of projects to increase efficiency and digitalise the supply chain
- Analysis, implementation and ongoing optimisation of logistics and supply chain processes
- Responsible for compliance with quality, costs and deadlines at both locations
- Support and coordination of customer projects as well as close cooperation with customers
- Preparation of meaningful reports and key figures
- Trainer for logistics apprentices
Your profile:
- You lead teams with clarity, empathy and persuasiveness
- At least 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management and/or logistics
- Further training in logistics / supply chain management HF/FH or equivalent
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form / English skills are an advantage
- Very good ERP & MS Office skills are required
- Flexibility, resilience, independence and a high level of commitment complete your profile
