At the Baar Care Centre, the person is at the centre. As a competence centre for the care and support of elderly people as well as young adults, we accompany around 165 residents with professional expertise, respect, and commitment. Our institution combines two houses with four specialised geriatric departments, two protected dementia wards, and the Atrium – a unique offer for young adults.

We offer

• A comprehensive and good introduction is important to us; we carefully design the induction accordingly.
• You determine your working hours yourself; we are open to this and can offer you a workload of 50 - 100%. Your shift is from 21:20 to 07:20, including a paid one-hour break.

• The modern workplace is centrally located near Baar station, and subsidised parking spaces are also available.
• Further development is expressly desired. Professional and personal training is actively supported.

What to expect

• You ensure needs-oriented, professional care and support of our residents at night and recognise their individual needs to actively participate in the care process.
• During the night, you work in a team and independently take responsibility for an area (Geriatrics & Dementia) within your competencies.
• As a contact person for residents and relatives, you are available to support with questions and concerns.
• Care documentation is also part of your duties. 

You bring with you

• Completed training as Assistant Health and Social Care EBA or Nursing Assistant SRK.
• Empathy as well as respectful and appreciative interaction with residents.
• Openness to new things and motivation to develop professionally and personally.
• Strong team spirit and enjoyment of working in a committed and motivated team.
• A high awareness of the autonomy and well-being of residents as a central attitude in everyday life.
• German language skills at least at level B2.
