The Eastern Switzerland region is managed from our branch in St. Gallen. Our team comprises over 1,000 employees with solid expertise in various areas of facility management.
Our customers include not only large key accounts but also numerous commercial and residential properties, industrial companies, hospitals, and food production companies. Thanks to our diverse departments – technology, green maintenance including snow removal, cleaning services, special cleaning, and more – as well as lived teamwork, we are able to individually address demanding customer needs, jointly develop innovative solutions, and continuously learn from each other.
Your main tasks:
- Various projects in organizational development
- Support of regional key accounts and regional directors
- General administrative tasks, presentations, etc.
- Maintaining and redesigning the filing and folder structure (SharePoint)
- Creating training materials (eLearnings)
- Supporting offers, orders, and invoicing
Your profile:
- Ongoing studies (Bachelor or Master)
- Interest in facility management, real estate management, or similar
- Initial administrative experience is an advantage
- Good PC skills and affinity for using various tools
- Curiosity and willingness to familiarize yourself with unknown areas
- High motivation and commitment
- Independent and structured way of working
