We are looking to fill the position immediately:

Technical Customer Specialist Smart Metering 100% (M/F/D)

Your area of responsibility:

• Professional reception and processing of customer enquiries – by phone as well as via our ticket system
• Analysis of technical and specialist questions relating to our products and services as well as development of suitable solutions
• Initial analysis of software errors, documentation of findings and testing of corresponding error corrections
• Coordination and follow-up of tickets and enquiries until successful resolution
• Active exchange with customers as well as with the departments of development, product management and other specialist areas
• Establishment of test systems and automation of test procedures for continuous improvement of the quality and reliability of our solutions
• Conducting customer training and clear, practical communication of technical contexts

What you bring with you:

• Completed technical training at HF/TS level, ideally in electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable field
• Enjoyment of technical questions and interest in smart metering, software and backend systems
• Curiosity, willingness to learn and motivation to familiarise yourself with new subject areas
• Interest in understanding contexts and backgrounds and continuously developing your own expertise
• Quick comprehension, solution-oriented thinking and willingness to look beyond the obvious
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working as well as enjoyment of exchange with customers and internal teams
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
