Our client, a dynamic and successful service company in the heart of Zurich city, is looking for a motivated individual with drive and ambition to take on the versatile position of Junior Financial Accountant 100% (a).



Your main tasks:

In this versatile role, you are responsible for the daily business in the accounting department and manage the financial and subsidiary ledgers. You take charge of payroll accounting, act as a competent contact for payroll queries, and prepare the withholding tax statements. Additionally, you actively contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, perform various tasks in social security matters, and work closely with internal specialist departments.



Your professional and social skills:

You have a commercial basic education (KV apprenticeship E-profile), ideally complemented by a specialised further education or are currently pursuing one. Essential are 3 to 4 years of practical experience in accounting or fiduciary services as well as experience in payroll accounting and general social security matters. You are proficient in MS Office and ERP systems and impress with confident German language skills. You are characterised by an entrepreneurial and analytical mindset and are discreet, communicative, absolutely reliable, and punctual. If you are also committed and a team player, bring a healthy sense of humour, and are willing to take over the leadership of the department in the short to medium term, you are our ideal candidate.
