Spitex Switzerland is the national umbrella organisation of Spitex cantonal associations and other organisations for professional care and support at home. It advocates at the national level for the interests of its members and their local Spitex organisations with more than 44,000 employees and provides services for the entire sector. More than 470,000 people in Switzerland receive care and support at home through Spitex.
To strengthen the team, Spitex Switzerland is looking for a Project Coordinator 80–100% from August or by arrangement within the framework of the national quality development programme for outpatient care NIP-HC.
Project Coordinator 80–100%
Your area of responsibility:
- You are responsible for coordinating the national programme for quality development in outpatient care NIP-HC.
- You coordinate the work within the project between research, technical implementation and the Spitex associations in close collaboration with the internal project management.
- You manage project phases and are responsible for reporting and controlling vis-à-vis the federal quality commission and the steering committee.
- You coordinate the work in the respective committees, organise and moderate workshops and meetings.
- You ensure communication within the project as well as externally.
- In addition to the project coordination tasks, you support Spitex Switzerland in the further development of instruments for needs assessment and professional foundations and maintain exchange with practice partners and professionals.
- You represent Spitex Switzerland in national expert committees and networks within your area of activity.
You bring with you:
- a university degree in healthcare (nursing, public health, health sciences) or a comparable master’s level qualification
- proven experience in leading and coordinating complex projects and initiatives with various stakeholders in the healthcare sector
- a pronounced ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics, structure them and recognise their significance for the Spitex sector
- ability to absorb, reconcile and consider different opinions and expectations in a goal-oriented manner
- affinity for working with digital tools in project planning and coordination
- enthusiasm for activities at the association level in healthcare
- excellent oral and written communication skills in German and French.
