You will enjoy these tasks
- Independent assortment design and procurement of the product groups Fruits & Vegetables
- Responsible for the procurement process (assortment planning, tenders, negotiations, logistics processes, master data management) for the assigned product groups
- Development and implementation of assortment, procurement, pricing and promotion strategy
- Responsibility for the relevant key figures and their target achievement for the respective product groups
- Supplier management including evaluation, price and contract negotiations
- Active market, competitor and trend observation including implementation of derived measures
- Staff management and development of the purchasing and dispatch team
We look forward to this profile
- Vocational training with further education or degree (HF, FH, ETH/Uni) in the fields of food, marketing or purchasing
- Experience as a Product/Category Manager or purchaser in the area of Fruits & Vegetables
- Quick comprehension and pronounced numerical, system and process understanding
- Very good SAP and MS Office skills
- French and English skills are an advantage
