As a working student (m/f/d), you support our tendering team at the Aachen location in processing and organising national and international tenders. You work closely with various departments and contribute to ensuring that tender documents are complete, submitted on time, and of high quality.

YOUR MISSION

• Offer preparation: You assist the tendering team in creating and structuring all documents

• Document management: You independently coordinate and check required certificates and proofs

• Structured data management: You proactively manage and maintain project data in internal systems and databases

• Analytical research: You familiarise yourself with tender documents and extract complex technical requirements for the team

• Operational support: You assist the team in daily activities with general organisational and administrative tasks

• Process optimisation: You analyse existing workflows and actively digitalise internal processes in tender management
  
  
  

  YOUR ENERGETIC PROFILE

  • Studies: You are a registered student (m/f/d). Your course of study is flexible (e.g. business administration, industrial engineering, business law or humanities) – a purely technical field is not a requirement

  • Expertise & technology: You are very confident in using common Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Initial knowledge or a good basic understanding of electrical engineering is a great advantage

  • Working style: You are characterised by a structured, careful and independent way of working and have a quick grasp

  • Personality: Reliability, commitment, teamwork and an open, honest manner at eye level are natural to you

  • Language skills: Very good German skills in spoken and written form for internal and external communication
