Workshop Manager (100%)

Responsibilities

You will lead our workshop and silo cleaning team of four employees and ensure that our trucks and trailers are safe and ready for use. You plan and supervise maintenance, repairs, and legally required vehicle inspections. You coordinate personnel, materials, and spare parts, take care of the maintenance of our facilities and infrastructure, and work closely with dispatch and management. Practical training of our apprentices in their first year is also part of your duties.

• Completed training as a truck mechanic or a comparable technical qualification
• Experience in the maintenance and repair of trucks or other commercial vehicles
• Organisational talent, independent working style, and enjoyment of team leadership
• Interest in new vehicle technologies and willingness to undertake further training
• Willingness to be on call outside regular working hours
• Driving licence categories B, C, and CE
• Experience in team leadership is an advantage
