Introduction
For this exciting position, we are looking for an experienced professional who is equally confident in Swiss accounting as well as in payroll administration. You can expect a varied role with responsibility for several companies and the opportunity to actively contribute your expertise.
Tasks
- Independent management and assurance of financial accounting for three companies
- Preparation and support of monthly and annual financial statements
- Coordination and control of the entire payroll processing
- Responsibility for social security accounting and year-end payroll tasks
- Ensuring correct reconciliation between payroll accounting and financial accounting
- Timely preparation of VAT returns
- Professional support of a deputy and assistance in further competence development
- Sharing your expertise and promoting increasingly independent task management
Profile
- Federal diploma in finance and accounting
- Several years of experience in Swiss finance and accounting
- Solid practical knowledge in payroll processing
- Very good knowledge of monthly and annual financial statements
- Confident handling of Swiss social insurances and VAT
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Ability to prioritise correctly and maintain an overview even with multiple companies
- Enjoyment in taking responsibility and passing on expertise
