What you can achieve:

Ensuring the entire salary administration for a regional directorate
Responsible for preparing hourly, monthly and administrative wages (excluding executives), maintaining additional deductions and allowances, as well as handing over to the central payroll accounting (including payroll simulation control) and its approval
Contact person for the central payroll accounting at headquarters
Contact person for social insurance enquiries
Ensuring that registrations and deregistrations are submitted on time, correctly and completely
Contact person for questions from employees and supervisors
Updating the staffing plan of the assigned regional directorate

What you bring:

You are very resilient, discreet and work extremely solution-oriented
Your experience in payroll and social insurance helps you navigate the complex environment
Enjoyment in dealing with people, excellent communication skills
Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least B2)
Courage, commitment, motivation, curiosity and creativity
