Tasks
- Analysis, optimization, and harmonization of HR processes and systems across both clinic locations
- Implementation, maintenance, and further development of HR applications as well as their interfaces to surrounding systems
- Collaboration with specialist departments for process analysis and documentation
- Training and support of the two HR teams and adjacent areas in dealing with HR systems and processes
- Initiation, management, and active participation in HR projects focusing on digitalization, process optimization, and system implementations
Profile
- Commercial or technical basic training supplemented by further education in HR or IT
- Extensive experience in HR project and process management as well as HR operations, ideally in healthcare
- Experience in leading cross-departmental HR projects in collaboration with IT and other interface areas
- Very good knowledge of common HR systems (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, PEP, etc.)
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong analytical skills and high process understanding
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and high service orientation
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing (native language) as well as good oral French skills
In this role, you are co-responsible for advancing HR processes, for the implementation and later maintenance of our HR information systems for the rehabilitation clinics in Bellikon and Sion. This varied position is complemented by various projects in central HR.
