About the job

Our client is an established institution for adults with cognitive and multiple disabilities. In various residential facilities, individual care and support as well as the self-determination and quality of life of the residents are the focus.

For a temporary assignment, we are immediately seeking a Health Specialist (FaGe) 80-90%.

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) or equivalent qualification
• Openness and interest in the care and support of people with disabilities
• Confidence in carrying out nursing and medical-technical measures
• Independent, responsible and reliable working style
• Appreciative attitude and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Willingness to work early, late and weekend shifts

Tasks

• Professional care and support of adults with disabilities
• Implementation of medical-technical and nursing measures within own area of competence
• Observation and assessment of the health status of the residents
• Promotion of independence and support in individual daily life design
• Care documentation as well as collaboration with the care and support team

• Versatile temporary assignment in the care and support of people with disabilities
• Varied working day with personal responsibility
