Role:
Our client is a company in the tourism and real estate development sector that drives the design and further development of an alpine destination. The offering combines high-quality real estate, hospitality, gastronomy, and leisure activities into a versatile overall concept that appeals to guests and owners from home and abroad.
You can expect a varied working environment at the interface of tourism, real estate, and services. Responsibilities:
You ensure reliable and timely financial reporting and harmonise the accounts across multiple operations.
You analyse existing accounting processes and implement automations for reconciliations, accruals, invoices, as well as bank and credit card transactions.
You further develop processes in accounts payable and receivable management and improve, among other things, e-invoicing, debt collection, and daily revenue controlling.
You are responsible for tax reporting, coordinate cooperation with auditors and authorities, and establish effective internal control and prevention measures.
You build the accounting team, take on personnel management, and represent financial matters to the management.
Qualifications:
You have a solid career in accounting and are familiar with operational processes in financial closing as well as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and VAT accounting.
You bring leadership experience and know how to strengthen a team through clear goals, constructive feedback, and individual development.
You are familiar with Swiss accounting standards and compliance.
You work confidently with digital financial systems, data analysis, and BI tools and are interested in new technologies such as AI and machine learning in accounting.
You have C1-level proficiency in German and English.
