Your Tasks

You competently and lovingly accompany our patients during day shifts

You independently carry out nursing measures

You are part of an interdisciplinary team that supports each other

You contribute to continuous improvement processes and help to further develop our workflows together

You help ensure that people feel seen and appreciated

Your Profile

Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) or equivalent qualification

Enjoy working with elderly people

Sense of responsibility, team spirit, and a good sense of humor

Motivation, professionalism, and an open heart

Interest in Lean Management and enjoyment in critically questioning and actively optimizing processes
