About the job

• Content management and further development of the clinical data warehouse as well as associated services (reporting, self-service BI, research data and interfaces)
• Prioritisation and management of the product backlog to ensure maximum added value for clinical and operational issues
• Close collaboration with data engineers, analysts and clinical stakeholders to translate requirements into data-based solutions
• Transformation of clinical processes and routine data into decision-relevant insights to support medicine, nursing and management
• Co-design of data governance strategies as well as further development of authorisation and data access concepts

• Several years of experience in data & analytics, ideally in healthcare or a complex, regulated environment
• Sound knowledge of data warehousing, data modelling as well as SQL and a good understanding of modern data architectures
• Experience as a product owner or in a comparable role (e.g. business analyst, data lead) as well as experience in handling backlogs and agile methods
• Understanding of clinical processes and/or hospital structures as well as the ability to translate between the specialist department and IT
• University degree in (medical) informatics, data science, natural sciences or a comparable qualification as well as strong communication and stakeholder skills
