Are you a professional in a medical practice / practice chain or do you advise and support such customers in the implementation of projects? Do you know the needs of our customers in the area of digital tools (practice information system, connection of external devices) and know how these are used in the daily work processes of a medical practice? Then are you keen to support our major customers in the digitalisation of their processes and implement the projects as the responsible person?

Your field of activity

• In this role, you are primarily responsible for the coordination, planning and execution of individual projects or entire programmes for our major customers.
• You plan the programmes together with the customer, taking into account various interests of different stakeholders.
• In the role of overall project manager, you are the main contact person for the respective programme and projects both at the customer and at Ärztekasse. You lead various project teams in a matrix organisation.
• Communication at all levels (both with the customer and at Ärztekasse) is a key factor for success.
• Identifying and managing risks is always an important part of your work. Conflict resolution is part of the daily routine.

You offer

• You bring in-depth understanding of the organisation of outpatient medicine / the world of medical practices.
• You have a Bachelor-level education in the technical and/or business administration field.
• With your convincing consulting and communication skills, you shape the dialogue with different stakeholders and move confidently at various hierarchical levels.
• You are used to taking responsibility and have proven leadership experience.
• You are a team player and deliberately involve customers, external service providers and internal project staff.
• You support project staff in difficult situations and specifically set motivational incentives.
• You appear confident and convincing and remain calm even in hectic situations.
• You are characterised by a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working as well as networked thinking.
• You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (French and Italian are an advantage).
