• You supervise the smooth running of services by ensuring a warm welcome and a high-quality customer experience
• You collaborate with the kitchen to develop light dining offers and food-beverage pairings
• You recruit, train, and motivate the team to guarantee impeccable service
• You are responsible for the profitability of the point of sale
• You monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions if necessary
• You design and update the drink menu in collaboration with the manager

• You have proven experience managing a bar in a high-end establishment
• You possess excellent management and leadership skills
• You have a very good ability to manage pressure effectively and adapt to a demanding environment
• You are fluent in French and English; any other language is an asset
• You master common computer tools such as the Office suite
