Shift Supervisor Recycling Plants (m/f/d) 100%

Your Responsibilities
- Technical and personnel leadership of the shift group (2-4 employees)
- Responsibility for shift handovers and work instructions to shift employees
- Direct reporting to the Recycling Plants Foreman
Active participation within the shift group:
- Operating the recycling plants for residual materials and special waste in the optimal range (correct dosing, compliance with limit values and throughput specifications)
- Operating and monitoring the plants using the process control system (PCS)
- Provision of residual materials with industrial trucks for feeding the plants, connecting pumps and tank vehicles
- Carrying out inspection rounds and maintenance work
- Collaboration in a small, motivated team
Your Profile
- Completed technical or craft apprenticeship as Polymechanic EFZ specialising in assembly, Recycler EFZ, Plant and Apparatus Builder EFZ
- Further training as Heating Plant Operator/Boiler Attendant, or many years of experience in ensuring operating media
- Several years of experience in shift work, 4-shift system advantageous
- Basic chemical knowledge or experience in waste management (e.g. waste incineration plant, combustion plants, steam generation, district heating, recycling)
- SUVA-recognised forklift licence advantageous, or willingness to obtain one
- Physically resilient
- Initiative, independence and reliability
- Good knowledge of German (written and spoken)
