We are looking for a strong leader and solution-oriented person who will advance our operations logistics and ensure efficient and reliable processes together with the team.

Tasks waiting for you:

• Overall responsibility for internal logistics including internal transport and order picking
• Leadership, support and development of employees and teams
• Active support in the setup and implementation of our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Ensuring smooth, efficient and high-quality daily operations
• Optimisation and further development of logistical processes focusing on quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Identifying improvement potentials and implementing appropriate measures
• Further development of departments and their structures with regard to future requirements
• Promoting good collaboration and solution-oriented exchange with internal interfaces
• Responsibility for forward-looking deployment and resource planning
• Accompanying and implementing projects for continuous improvement of operations logistics

What you bring with you:

• Completed training in logistics with relevant further education
• Several years of experience in logistics as well as in leading employees
• Strong process understanding and enjoyment in questioning and improving workflows
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a high level of quality and responsibility awareness
• Experience with digital logistics solutions or warehouse management systems
• Communicative, calm and solution-oriented person who keeps an overview and likes to get involved personally
• Good German and French skills; additional language skills are an advantage
