Tasks
The primary school BTM is a lively, development-oriented school with a committed staff and a strong shared educational attitude. Relationship work, collaborative learning, and active participation in school development are at the center of our work. We maintain an open, appreciative collaboration within the team with short decision-making paths and a clear focus on quality in teaching and school development.
The primary school BTM is looking for a committed and pedagogically reflective teacher for a 3rd/4th grade class at the Müntschemier location. You will take on a versatile class teacher role in a collegial, supportive team. Our school is characterized by active participation in school development, short decision-making paths, and an appreciative atmosphere. Relationship work, collaborative learning, and a clear educational attitude are central to us.
Requirements
Ideally, you have a seminar-based primary teaching certificate or a bachelor's degree for preschool or primary level and bring initial professional experience as a teacher. As a conscientious, communicative, and resilient personality, you are accustomed to dealing with children and parents, keep an overview even in lively situations, and quickly adapt to new organizational structures. You move confidently within a smaller team in a medium-sized school.
You take on the class teacher role for a 3rd/4th grade class at the Müntschemier location and design the lessons independently, professionally, and child-appropriately. In doing so, you combine structured planning with flexibility and consistently align learning processes with the needs of the students. You create a learning environment where relationships, trust, and individual development are central, and you actively engage in school life as well as in school development processes in teams, subject, and working groups.
You lead a mixed-age class with joy, attentively accompany children in their development, and work resource-oriented. You appreciate professional exchange, actively contribute, and help shape the school. An appreciative attitude towards children, parents, and colleagues is a matter of course for you. If you enjoy further developing the school together and contributing to a participatory school culture, you fit well with us.
We Offer
We offer you a committed, supportive, and collegial team as well as plenty of scope for design in teaching and school development. You work in a school where relationships, professionalism, and joint development are highly valued. The collaboration with the school management is appreciative and solution-oriented, and you have the opportunity to develop professionally and personally and to take on responsibility.
