Production Planner (m/f/d), 80%

We are looking for a Production Planner for our production site in Schaffhausen starting November. In this role, you will ensure a stable, feasible production plan and make sure the right quantity is available at the right time and place. You will balance capacities, materials, and orders while maintaining adherence to deadlines, plan stability, and efficiency in the production process. This position is ideal for a person with organisational and analytical strengths, who communicates proactively with various stakeholders and possesses a high degree of self-motivation.

This position is a maternity cover and therefore limited to around 9 months, ending no later than September 2027.

Your main tasks

• Ensuring short- and medium-term production planning in SAP
• Monitoring workplace and capacity utilisation as well as early identification of bottlenecks
• Maintaining and ensuring master data quality
• Close coordination with production, scheduling, purchasing, SCM, and production control
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of planning processes
• Analysis and preparation of planning-relevant key figures (KPIs)

Your profile

• Completed technical or business administration training, with relevant further education
• At least 2-3 years of experience in production planning or work preparation, ideally with experience in injection moulding
• Good knowledge of SAP PP / PPS, strong focus on processes and systems and ability to follow and question them
• Above-average communication skills in German and English, ability to communicate solution-oriented with colleagues from other departments
• Independent working style and good team player
