About the job
Your Tasks
- Advising our clients on the design and implementation of modern data platforms
- Analysing business requirements and translating them into scalable data architectures
- Developing and operating data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for structured and semi-structured data
- Implementing data models for analytics, BI and advanced analytics
- Participating in cloud migrations (e.g. DWH → Cloud / Lakehouse)
- Supporting account management in pre-sales, proposals and solution designs

Your Profile
- Completed university degree (FH/Uni) in data science, mathematics, statistics, computer science, physics or a comparable mathematical-scientific field
- Very good knowledge of SQL and solid experience working with relational and analytical data models
- Experience in developing ETL/ELT pipelines (e.g. with Talend, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, dbt or comparable tools)
- Practical experience or strong interest in cloud data platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks)
- Experience with Python or willingness to actively use this programming language in daily project work
- Good knowledge of dimensional data modelling (star/snowflake schema, data vault advantageous)
- Understanding of modern analytics architectures (DWH, Lakehouse, streaming, batch vs. near-realtime)
- Experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) advantageous
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Interest in consulting activities, customer communication and continuous professional development
