We are looking to strengthen our team as soon as possible with a

Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)

Your main tasks:

• Together with our maintenance team, you ensure everything runs smoothly – for a guest experience that exceeds expectations. This is about much more than just changing a light bulb!
• You love fixing things: As a role model, you lead our maintenance assistants, pitch in yourself, and ensure our hotel remains in top condition.
• With your organisational talent and craftsmanship, you master diverse tasks and actively contribute to our guests’ complete satisfaction.
• You ensure compliance with safety and health standards and support smooth operations in maintenance.
• As part of a dedicated team, you bring passion for excellent service – and enjoyment in everything we achieve together!

Qualifications

You bring the following:

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage but not necessarily required.
• German language skills
• You have an eye for detail and are a creative problem solver
• You are a "doer" with a genuine hands-on mentality
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality
• Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Reliability and enjoyment of working in a demanding environment
• You are open to digital tools and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems
• Clear and effective communication skills
