• Ensuring the well-being and quality of life of patients aged 65 and over with psychiatric long-term illnesses and somatic complaints
• Supporting nursing specialists in organizing daily ward routines
• Planning, performing, and evaluating nursing activities
• Close cooperation with the nursing and treatment team
• Collaboration with relatives and authorized representatives

• Nursing diploma with a focus primarily on psychiatry or somatics
• Professional experience in psychiatry / somatics / long-term care
• Good organizational and communication skills
