Here, you are needed as a technical organisational talent and doer. You possess manual skills, technical understanding, and keep an overview even with diverse tasks. Independent work, reliability, and a service-oriented approach characterise you. After a thorough induction, you will take on the following tasks

Your Area of Responsibility

• General caretaker duties
• Sprinkler maintenance
• Operation / monitoring of fire alarm systems
• Operation / monitoring of facade access system (height safety)
• Operation / monitoring of building control systems
• Operation / monitoring of parking system
• Independently carrying out minor repairs
• Organisation of key management
• Assistance with budget planning with property management
• Communication between tenants, administration, authorities, trades, etc.
• On-call duty, weekend and evening shifts

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Completed training in a technical or manual field, ideally with further training as a caretaker with a federal certificate of competence
• Experience in technical building maintenance and property upkeep
• Good knowledge in the areas of building technology, building services, and building security
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Sense of responsibility and strong quality awareness
• Good organisational skills and a structured way of working
• Enjoyment in contact with employees, customers, and external service providers
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
