Your tasks

• You ensure the maintenance and preservation of the value of the properties of Rigi Bahnen on and around the Rigi.
• You detect and identify faults in building services systems early and carry out initial interventions.
• You support the cleaning team with special tasks such as cleaning the depot windows.
• You assist the Head of Facility Management with organisational and administrative tasks as well as in cooperation with external service providers.
  
  

We expect

• Basic technical training: plumber or heating engineer, facility maintenance specialist, electrician
• Experience in HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing) and in building management systems (BMS) is an advantage
• Good MS 365 skills
• Enjoyment in contact with various stakeholders and a strong service orientation
• Independent and reliable working style with a high quality awareness
• (Strong solution orientation and creativity for diverse challenges)
• Very good German skills and basic knowledge of English
• Flexibility for on-call duties at weekends and public holidays
• Driving licence category B and own car advantageous
