Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Production Experience
Tasks
- CNC and conventional turning and milling of individual parts
- Independent setup, equipping, and programming of CNC machines
- Optimising and adjusting existing programmes
- Conducting quality controls and documenting measurement results
- Maintaining and servicing machines as well as work and measuring equipment
- Assisting with general workshop tasks
- Active thinking and participation in the optimisation of processes
Requirements
- Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ or Production Mechanic EFZ
- Experience in conventional manufacturing as well as CNC machining
- Knowledge of CNC programming
- Ideally experience with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls
- Independent, precise, and quality-conscious working style
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented personality
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Enjoyment of a versatile role in a production environment
