At the Meiringen Private Clinic, people with all forms of mental illness find admission, treatment and care. The third largest psychiatric clinic in the canton of Bern is open to patients from all over Switzerland and abroad and is responsible for inpatient psychiatric basic care in the eastern Bernese Oberland. Nursing and care are provided according to the current medical-psychiatric and nursing knowledge. The Meiringen Private Clinic, as a member of the «Swiss Leading Hospitals», is one of the leading private clinics in Switzerland.
In the psychiatric-psychotherapeutic centre for young adults in Thun (PZJE), we treat young adults aged 16 to 25 with illnesses from the entire spectrum of psychiatry with comprehensive psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment. The centre comprises 30 inpatient beds, has a 24-hour emergency admission obligation and is primarily run as an open ward and, if necessary, as a protected ward. Treatment is carried out according to the latest evidence-based medical, therapeutic and nursing knowledge.
Your tasks
- You have the main responsibility for the organisational, personnel and professional management of nursing in the centre.
- Together with the management team, you ensure the centre's service mandate taking into account operational objectives and guidelines.
- You promote interprofessional collaboration and the development of the centre in line with the corporate strategy.
- You are primarily responsible for implementing patient-oriented professional nursing within the framework of the nursing process and key worker system and actively participate in patient care.
- You actively shape the treatment process in interprofessional collaboration.
- You ensure a high standard of nursing quality in cooperation with the nursing specialist responsibility.
- You ensure the training mandate in cooperation with the vocational trainer.
Our expectations
- You have completed studies at HF level or an equivalent qualification.
- You bring psychiatric and at least two years of leadership experience.
- You have completed further training at CAS Leadership level or a comparable management qualification or are willing to complete it.
- You have strong skills in communication, organisation and personnel management.
- You have a high service orientation and business understanding, and can think and act in a solution- and process-oriented manner.
- You are an independent, responsible and resilient personality.
